Naples & Sicily. Ferdinand I gold 30 Ducati 1818 UNC Details (Reverse Cleaned) NGC, KM288, Fr-457. Notable as the largest denomination produced by the Kingdom of Naples & Sicily, this 30 Ducati presents attractive, goldenrod color over both sides. Minor markings are observed across the large, open fields, a typical occurrence for such a massive gold issue, while the designs retain their Mint State sharpness. The reverse, having been lightly cleaned long ago, still manages to match the obverse in its appearance. A coveted type at all levels, and worthy of collector attention as such.
