USSR Rouble 1924-ПЛ MS66 Prooflike NGC, Leningrad mint, KM-Y90.1. A superb Prooflike (or Specimen) strike, with the initial appearance of a fully Proof striking. Closer examination reveals that the details are just slightly less defined than the Proof issues. A hint of light russet patina, with frosted devices and nicely mirrored fields. Striking appearance, with a light cameo contrast. This is the only Prooflike example certified by NGC.
