MEXICO: Republic, AR 8 reales, 1873-Ho, KM-377.9, assayer PR, old light cleaning, but retoning nicely, with interesting "C" punched into the die in front of eagle 's eye, AU, ex Coin Galleries April 2010 Auction, Lot 1846. In addition to our provenance for this coin, we did find one other piece with the same enigmatic "C" in front of the eagle 's eye.
