Ex Gemini XII, 11 January 2015, lot 396.Portraits of Gordian I Africanus are scarce but normally available only in VG-Fine, sometimes in VF. This coin is absolutely EF and bears a wonderful portrait of the aged emperor with complete obverse and reverse legends despite not being perfectly round which is typical of the issue. EF
