Charles II (1660-1685), Halfcrown, 1684 over 3 TRICESIMO SEXTO, fourth bust, rev. six or seven [?] stings to harp, edge lettered, 14.74g, 6h (Pywell-Phillips 53; ESC 499 [R4] {492}; S.3367), struck soft in parts and lightly toned with a trace of ghosting, otherwise the overdate clear, fine and very rare, in NGC holder, graded VF30 (Cert. #5878645-001)
