Elizabeth II (1952-), Halfcrown, 1965, struck on a Penny planchet in error, laureate head right, rev. crowned shield, edge centrally grained, 9.49g, 12h (cf. Spink 4145; cf. ESC 4386 [798V]; cf. Goldberg 74, 4 June 2013, lot 4810), a most unusual 'modern' off-metal striking, uncirculated, and presumably of the highest rarity, in NGC 'Francis' holder, graded MINT ERROR ~ MS63 BN (Cert. #5878644-014)
