Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left, hair in ampyx, wearing single-pendant earring and necklace / Bridled horse prancing right. L-S Type 2, Series A, dies O3/R2, b (this coin); BCD Thessaly II 308; Lorber, Hoard 67–8; HGC 4, 409. Lightly toned, minor die wear and light graffiti in field on reverse. Good VF.

From the Lampasas Collection, purchased from Nilus Coins (Bill Kalmbach), 2007. Ex Numismatica Ars Classica 4 (27 February 1991), lot 115. Lot also includes an old Bank Leu inventory ticket.
