Charioteer, holding kentron and reins, driving fast quadriga left; above, Nike flying right, crowning charioteer; RŠMLQRT ("Raš Melqart" in Punic) in exergue / Head of Arethousa right, wearing wreath of grain ears, triple-pendant earring, and pearl necklace; three dolphins swimming around.
