Charioteer, holding kentron and reins, driving fast quadriga left; above, Nike flying right, crowning charioteer; RŠMLQRT ("Raš Melqart" in Punic) in exergue / Head of Arethousa right, wearing wreath of grain ears, triple-pendant earring, and pearl necklace; three dolphins swimming around. Jenkins, Punic 70 (O24/R53); CNP 344; HGC 2, 743; SNG Lockett 745 (same dies); BMC 3 (same dies); Jameson 599 (same dies). Toned, compact flan. Good VF. Well centered.
