Anonymous Æ Semis. Spanish imitation, uncertain mint, after 211 BC. Laureate head of Saturn to right; S (mark of value) behind / Prow of galley to right; S (mark of value) above, ROMA below. Cf. Crawford 56/3 for prototype; cf. McCabe IM.7; cf. ACIP 2658-60 (Spain). 7.42g, 23mm, 3h.
Very Fine. Although the style seems relatively official, the slanted S and low weight indicate a Spanish imitation.
