IMP CAES NER TRAIANO OP AVG GER DAC COS VI P P, laureate bust of Trajan right, drapery on left shoulder / C•I•F•AVG / CAES (the first Flavian Augustan colony, Caesarea), tetrastyle temple with central arch, enclosing statue of Astarte-Tyche standing left, bust in right hand, grounded spear in left, right foot on prow; figure of harbor god with anchor below, horned altar in front center.
