THRACE. Mesambria. Circa 175-100 BC. AE (Bronze, 20 mm, 5.35 g, 12 h). Diademed head of a female to right. Rev. ΜΕΣΑΜ-ΒΡΙΑΝΩΝ Athena Alkidemos striding left, holding shield on her left arm and brandishing a thunderbolt with her right hand. SNG BM Black Sea 280. Somewhat rough, otherwise, very fine.
