Watch List notes:

India British 1909 C 1/4 Anna Restrike NGC PF64 - Extremely Rare Date. Looks like an original or early restrike. I have not seen any restrikes that look like this. Most of copper restrikes can be easily identified as they are red/orange and lacqured mostly. I guess I differ with NGC on this.
