80mm; 184.61 gms. Erlanger-664. By W. von Ruemann. Obverse: Laureate, draped, and armored bust of Wilhelm I right; Reverse: Wilhelm riding horse right; coat-of-arms to upper left. Edge: SILBER 0,990. A fairly SCARCE and impressive type, this large issue presents a great bust of the first German kaiser and solid overall relief. A minor rim nick is noted, but not at all distracting.
