Fine. No. 1 of only six copies thus bound, none of which were offered for sale. The morocco used in this binding is of unusually high quality. While twelve copies constituting a Deluxe Edition were bound in a lighter half morocco (see previous lot), the present binding was reserved for presentation to the author and those involved in the book's production.
