(4), 65, (3) pages, including advertisements; 889 lots. Near fine. James Bindley (1737–1818) formed a large collection of rare books, engravings and coins and medals. Held at a leisurely pace, typical of contemporary practice, with only about 110 lots being sold each day, the sale featured many bundled lots including numerous coins, tokens and medals. Quite rare.
