The plates of the first part of the medal sale, printed at a slightly larger size, are very slightly trimmed in a few places. Else very good or better. The complete series of eight numismatic Murdoch sales, one of the most important collections of English coins and medals ever formed. Included among them is the July 21–30, 1903 catalogue, which comprises one of the most important foreign sales of rare American coins, featuring colonials, pioneer gold, United States coins in gold, silver, and copper, patterns, Canadian coins and tokens, etc. Clain-Stefanelli 6145*, 6146, 11276 & 14708.
