Matthew Boulton Exports Machinery for a Mint to Russia

A historically important Act of Parliament which allowed Boulton to "export any Machinery, Tools, Utensils, Implements, or other Things, of what Nature soever" to Russia for the establishment of the first steam-powered Mint at St. Petersburg.
