Loosely inserted is an unsigned description in French, accompanied by a small photograph of a proposed 5 cent piece to be issued for the Societé l'Esperance, Roubaix. Near fine. A rare publication issued by Eschger, Ghesquière & Cie. (formerly Oeschger, Mesdach & Cie.), a Paris medallic arts firm that boasted factories in France and Belgium.
