G Victoria, Sovereign, 1861, curvy open 6 in date, second 1 over a much lower 1, second larger young head left, WW incuse on truncation without stops, date below, raised die flaw from tip of truncation to rim, rev crowned quartered shield of arms within laurel wreath, emblems below, 7.98g (Marsh 44; MCE 522; S 3852D). Cleaned, with light surface marks, very fine, reverse better.
