Victoria, Sovereign, 1853, second larger young head left, W.W. raised on truncation, obverse slightly double struck, raised die flaw in date, first I of Queen's name over a higher I, last A of legend die flawed to rim, rev crowned quartered shield of arms within laurel wreath, emblems below, whole reverse lightly double struck, 7.98g (Marsh 36; MCE 514; S 3852C). Some light nicks and scratches, otherwise lightly toned with underlying brilliance, about extremely fine.
