Anglo-Saxon England, Secondary Series (710-760), Sceat, 'Celtic Cross', diademed bust left, striated drapery, wreath ties behind, branch before, rev. cross pommée with pellet in each angle, superimposed on broad-limbed Celtic cross, rosette in each angle, 0.91g (SL 27-60 plate coin; SCBI 69, 513 this coin; Gannon 53, no. 206, 57, no. 227, 87, 101, no. 159, 162-3, 169, 189, no. 62, and Fig. 5.7c; Spink 822), light surface porosity, otherwise very fine, extremely rare.
