Anglo-Saxon England, Secondary Series (710-760), Sceat, Series L, type 17, London, diademed and rounded jewelled draped bust left, 'Hwiccian neck', wreath-ties unknotted, long cross pommée before, rev. barrel-chested figure wearing flared tunic holding long cross either side, 0.95g, 345° (SL 36-10 plate coin; SCBI 69, 492 this coin; T&S pp. 374-5; Spink 804E), slight surface porosity, otherwise nearly very fine, extremely rare.
