Blacksmith copper 1/2 Penny Token ND Certified GENUINE by NGC, BL-21B (Extremely Rare) (this coin), Wo-43. Plain edge. The reverse is approximately 45 degrees clockwise from coin alignment. Both the obverse, and reverse show a crudely cut head, facing right, in a border of large dots. Both sides show scattered marks, with an area of rough flan on the obverse. Of the supposed 5 examples known, only 2-3 are not Uniface. Ex. the Warren Baker Collection of Blacksmith Tokens, Lot 1084, sold by Bowers and Merena as part of the Frederick B. Taylor Collection on 3-27-87.
