Diademed head of Neptune right, trident over shoulder / Naval trophy set on anchor, [top of trident visible above helmet]; the arms composed of the stem of a prow and aplustre, heads of Scylla and Charybdis at base. Crawford 511/2a; CRI 333; Sydenham 1347; cf. RSC 1b-c; RBW 1784. Attractively toned, compact flan, struck slightly off center. VF.
