Pupienus. AD 238. AR Denarius (21.5mm, 2.82 g, 6h). Rome mint. 1st emission. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Pax seated left, holding olive branch and scepter. RIC IV 4; BMCRE 46-7; RSC 22. Toned with traces of verdigris in the devices. Good VF.
