PHOENICIA, Byblos, Uzzibaal ('Ozba'al), (c.400-376 B.C.), silver shekel (25mm, 13.26 g), obv. three warriors holding shields, standing on galley left on waves, prow ending in lion's head, below, hippocamp left above murex shell, rev. lion attacking bull to left, Phoenician script above 'Ozba'al, king of Gebal', (S.6013, Betlyon 14, E&E-B Group IV. 2.1c, SNG Cop. 132, HGC 10, 133 [S]). Bright, some striking weakness as usual on obverse, otherwise nearly extremely fine and rare.
