Hartill-22.848; FD-2493; Jen-1637. Weight: 51.1 gms. "Xian Feng yuan bao"; Reverse: "Dang bai". This richly toned example displays lovely brown patination with minor earthen deposits and light green encrustation on the obverse that accentuates the high relief calligraphy. Much evidence of the finishing process is noticed on the high points with numerous edge bumps that add character to this large cast issue sure to be a welcome addition to the next collection it enters.
