Hartill-22.848; FD-2493; Jen-1637. Weight: 46.6 gms. "Xian Feng yuan bao"; Reverse: "Dang bai". This wholesome and original looking representative of the type exhibits bold well-formed calligraphy with a combination of earthen deposits and light green encrustation with rich mottled brassy patina offering a pleasing appearance. The rims and open areas do shows signs of handling with minor edge bruises and one apparent void from the casting process adding a bit of character and charm.
