"Qing yuan long ji hui hao wen yin" (Qingyuan long Bank, remittance bank fine silver), assay stamps: "Hui hao gong gu tong kan qi" (Remittance bank [silver]: checked by public assayer Tong). This attractive and richly toned example displays bold deeply applied outer and central stamps with minor earthen deposits in the protected areas with nicely centered assay marks, though the right one is slightly weak in areas somewhat obscuring some of the calligraphy. Clearly an example with sat for a prolonged period of time undisturbed adding to its originality and pleasing appearance.
