ANGLO-SAXON. Bronze final mount for a stirrup. Circa 9th-10th centuries. (4.2cm). Simple finial with openwork hatch mark pattern and back plate / Attach point at back of piece with rivet present. Green and brown patina, minor roughness. About as made.
