Lower Canada brass Overstruck "Bouquet" Sou Token ND (1835) XF45 NGC, Br-674, LC-40A10. Reeded edge. Medal alignment. Montreal issue. Struck over an 1820 Bust & Harp token (cf. Br-1012, LC-60-15), with quite clear date on the reverse at 3 o'clock. Considerable amounts of the undercoin visible on both sides. Light marks, with normal uneven strike one will find on an overstrike. Sold with old collector envelope detailing provenance.
