Rx: Large K between [A]/N/[N/O] and uncertain numeral; cross above and officina letter A (?) below.Like most others of the same type, this coin was no doubt struck on a portion of a cut down Constantine IV follis. Complete uncut folles of Constantine IV are rare. VF
