Attica, Athens. Tetradrachm; Attica, Athens; 454-449 BC, Tetradrachm, 17.18g. Starr-Group V.B, Series 4. Obv: Helmeted head of Athena r. Rx: Owl standing r., head front, olive twig with two leaves behind, ethnic in r. field. Starr Group V includes many dies similar to those of our piece, but no actual die matches, indicating that this group, though still quite small, was larger than the other Starr groups.. VF
