MALAY STATES: JOHORE: tin jokoh (1.87g), as Zeno-151989/200979, anonymous type, without inscriptions and with four fishes arranged around the central hole, Fine to VF, R, ex Jim Farr Collection. These are found around the southern Malay peninsula. Sometimes attributed as Kedah (which is unlikely), Terengganu pitis, or tokens of Patani or Johore. Flan styles suggest manufacture from the mid-late 1700's to early 1800's.
