At the time of cataloging, this is the finest graded Specimen in the PMG Population Report, of only two Specimen graded. There are currently no issued banknotes in the grade report. Quite a rare design with interesting elements. The back is still partially mounted. Typical Bradbury, Wilkinson & Company perforated cancellations and printer notations are mentioned for accuracy.
