Rev: Mesa en a podium between two columns with the three members of the Supreme Board of Spain and the Indies studying plans and maps. To his right, a lion with two globes, in front of the globe, anchor, sword, book, plow and spinning wheel, above the drapery canopy, above the legend: EVERYTHING RENAISSANCE, in exergue: TO IMMORTALITY / FOR THE BLESSED INSTALLATION / OF THE SUPREME CENTRAL BOARD / OF SPAIN AND INDIAS, DONE / ON SEPTEMBER 25, 1808 NE.
