CHRISTO AVSPICE REGNO, pellet or annulet stops, crowned round shield of arms, 14.95g, m.m. lis [on obverse only] (Allen [1938] K-55 ~ 'Weymouth and Salisbury'; Lockett 4587 same dies; Brooker 1167 same obverse die; Bull 677/55; North 2609; Adams 239 this coin; Spink 3127), struck on a large and irregular oblong flan, with resultant weakness to parts of legend, the crude horseman otherwise clear, almost very fine, very rare, the die pairing excessively so.
