James Eimeric as mintmaster. +PЄDRuS: DЄI: GRAC[IA] (double annulet stops), crowned figure of Pedro seated facing, royal orb in left hand, scepter in right, conch shell to left / +:ARAGOnum: ЄT mAIORICARum: (double rosette stops), patriarchal cross within tressure, rosettes in arches, conch shell to either side. An extraordinarily handsome representative of the type, featuring fields filled to the absolute brim with die polish lines and lustrous surfaces that positively exude gem quality. To date, the finest of only two specimens certified by NGC, and likely among the finest surviving examples that a collector could hope to acquire.
