Charles IV 8 Reales 1805 LM-JP MS64 NGC, Lima mint, KM97, Cal-925 (prev. Cal-662). Imbued with an appearance as if this near-gem representative was just struck, displaying prominent radiating mint bloom as it shimmers across frosty surfaces. Mildly toned outer registers obscure minor evidence of die rust, while a light haze to the central crowned arms of the reverse conceals striking weakness-- the only two major detractors witnessed on this piece.
