Diademed head of the deified Alexander the Great to right, with horn of Ammon over his ear / Athena seated left, leaning on shield and holding Nike, who crowns the king's name; transverse spear behind, with point to lower left; bee between Ε-Φ in inner left field; ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ [Λ]ΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ. HGC 3.2, 1753d. Müller 421. Thompson 168. Very Fine; attractive light toning with iridescence in devices; well centered and pleasing with bee an interesting control mark. Rare.
