Held on the 7th and 8th September 1946, the Inter-Allied games included participants from Belgium, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and United States of America and are generally considered to be the second Inter-Allied games following those held in 1919 at the close of the First World War.
