MOESIA. Istros. Circa 400-350 BC. Diobol (Silver, 12 mm, 1.43 g, 2 h). Two facing male heads side by side, one upright and the other inverted - a tête-bêche pair. Rev. ΙΣΤΡΙΗ Sea eagle standing left on dolphin; between eagle and dolphin, Z. AMNG I 429. Cf. SNG BM Black Sea 234 (with K in place of Z). Extremely fine.
