THESSALY. Meliboia. Circa 352-344 BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 20 mm, 5.20 g, 7 h). Head of the nymph Meliboeia facing, turned slight to left, and with her hair entwined with bunches of grapes. Rev. MEΛΙΒΟΙΑ Two bunches of grapes on branch. BCD Thessaly I 1196. Rogers 390. Dark patina with earthen highlights. Usual porosity, otherwise, very fine.
