From an American collection.
This coin depicts the goddess Tyche wearing a mural crown. Her crown constitutes the famed walls of Jerusalem. These walls were once rebuilt by Nehemiah who was permitted by Artaxerxes to rebuild them after they were previously destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar in 586 BC (Neh. 1-6). These walls were later expanded by the Hasmoneans, Herod the Great, and Herod Agrippa I.
