Russia USSR Medal (1975) 'For Distinction in Military Service' II degree. The Medal 'For Distinction in Military Service' degree is (made white metal) and has the shape of a convex five-pointed star. in the intervals between the ends of which there are five shields with the emblems of the main branches of the military. In the center of the medal is a profile image of a soldier; sailor and pilot; framed by a ring with the inscription 'For Distinction in Military Service' and two laurel branches below. All images on the medal are convex. The reverse side of the medal has no images. only in the lower part of the reverse (at 6 o'clock on the dial) there is a small relief stamp of the Moscow Mint in the form of three stylized letters 'ММД'.
