Head of Athena Parthenos to right, wearing triple-crested helmet. Rev. A-ΘΕ / ΑΦΡΟ-ΔΙΣ / ΔΙΟ/ΓΕ / ΖΩ/ΠΥ Owl standing to right on overturned amphora; in right field, double cornucopiae; on amphora, Η; in exergue, ΣΦ; all within laurel wreath. Thompson 546i. Well-struck and attractively toned. Dig on Athena's brow, and some minor marks, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
