Malaya and British Borneo Board of Commissioners of Currency 1000 Dollars 21.3.1953 Pick 6s KNB6S Specimen PMG About Uncirculated 53 EPQ. A grandly sized example featuring a favored portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. A perforated Specimen and non-zero serial number, which is covered at left, indicate this was an archival Specimen, issued to financial institutions as a counterfeit detector. Nevertheless, it includes all features of an issued note from intaglio engraving to bright underprint.
