Together with two medal boxes with advice of awards; WWII Returned from Active Service badge (AIF), numbered A139229; 2/13 Battalion Association badge (The Devil's Own), numbered 532; badges (2, includes school badge) and clip-on year '77' fitting for RSL badge as well as riband bar for 1939-45 Star and Africa Star (2 sets).

NX13898 John Mark Hammond, born 01Aug1908 at Ashfield, Sydney, NSW; Enl.08May1940 at Paddington, Sydney, NSW; Disch.15Nov1945 as Major, 2/13 Aust Infy Bn; Recorded on the Francis Forbes Society Honour Roll of Barristers who served in WWII. Among the battle honours for the 2/13 Bn were El Alamein and the Defence of Tobruk.
