Dia-208.1. An absolutely stunning survivor of this very scarce novodel issue, featuring brindled chocolate tones throughout the fields with lilac and bluish highlights clinging to the legends. This medal was instituted on July 15, 1788 for presentation in gold and silver, but none in those metals are known of this specific type.
