Impressively designed, this example displays surfaces that appear free of handling, with a few toning spots on the reverse that possibly prevented a perfect grade. Quite elusive as a type as well, this issue seems to appear far less frequently on the market than other similar issues with significantly lower reported mintages. Accompanied by the original ticket of issuance.
